  • Change your booking up to 7 days before the start day of your experience

  • Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience. In some cases a $50 rebooking charge may apply.

  • If you are unable to attended, the experience is fully transferrable to someine else to attend on the day.

  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
